Subscription & Payment Terms

My Finance Tools offers both free and premium subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your selected plan. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments.
  • Free Trial: New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal.
  • Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. Premium features may change, and we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

Service Discontinuation

My Finance Tools reserves the right to discontinue, suspend, or terminate the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In the event of a planned permanent discontinuation:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email.
  • Active monthly and yearly subscribers will retain access until the end of their current billing period, or receive a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
  • Lifetime subscribers acknowledge that "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the service, not the lifetime of the subscriber. No refunds are guaranteed for lifetime purchases in the event of service discontinuation.
  • We are under no obligation to maintain, support, or update the service indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Finance Tools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
